I have developed two unique Workshops that I was facilitating on the Gold Coast & am now super happy to be offering them here on the beautiful Central Coast!
These Workshops are “Post partum care and connection,” I developed this workshop with an attachment theory in mind as well as ALL the tools that I wish I knew I had when we had our first baby nearly nine years ago!
And the “Tuning into your toddler workshop” another workshop I’ve developed based on gentle parenting techniques and tools to help you guide your Toddler confidently and with grace.
Both workshops are developed with the latest evidence based practice as well as personal experience.
